Our Story

A Legacy of Flavor Since 1987

For nearly four decades, Golden Dragon has been a cornerstone of Vancouver's Chinatown. Founded by Chef Liang Wei, our restaurant carries forward the rich traditions of Cantonese and Szechuan cooking passed down through three generations.

Every dish tells a story. From our hand folded dumplings prepared fresh each morning to our signature Peking duck that takes 48 hours to prepare, we honor the patience and precision that define authentic Chinese cuisine.
